- Parnell treated Malcolm Royce after his wife apparently shot him and their children in the head. Parnell performed surgery to repair the damage to his head and reports to Detectives Benson and Stabler that he suffered no brain damage. Parnell allowed them to talk to him but only for a short time while Parnell observes. After Malcolm tells his story and the Detectives tell him his children and wife are dead, Parnell cuts the interview short to give him an injection. (SVU: "Annihilated")
Mercy General Hospital[]
- Parnell treated star football player Lincoln Haver after he was beaten by three men when the public discovered he was gay, and Haver slipped into a coma temporarily. (SVU: "Closet")

- Parnell examined Kathleen Stabler after she overdosed on street drugs. Parnell later informs her parents that Kathleen has bipolar disorder and with the right medication she can manage her condition. (SVU: "Swing")
