Monsignor Patrick Mulregan was a priest at St. Fabiola's Academy and the leader of the St. Fabiola's Sex Trafficking Ring.
History[]
Mulregan would traffic innocent women, turn them into sex slaves. The girls were found at a sex party and several people, including a judge, where could doing criminal acts. However, one of the women, Nina Kelly, was undercover and was really a nun. She told them about the sex trafficking ring and started to become paranoid that people were after her. Later, Mulregan ordered the murder of Cara Gutierrez, a victim of the trafficking ring, and made it look like she died of an overdose. (SVU: "Manhattan Transfer")
Mulregan ordered Victor Akintola, his hitman, to kidnap, rape and murder Nina. Nina's body was discovered in a forest. Later, Mulregan, Akintola and O'Hanigan were all arrested for their crimes and imprisoned. (SVU: "Unholiest Alliance")
