Paul Adelstein is an actor who is well-known for his roles as Agent Paul Kellerman in the Fox television series Prison Break (with Sarah Wayne Callies, Robert Knepper, Wentworth Miller, and Robin Tunney) and as Dr. Cooper Friedman on the ABC series Grey's Anatomy and its spin-off Private Practice (with Tim Daly, Taye Diggs, Audra McDonald, KaDee Strickland, and Kate Walsh). He is also known for his recurring role as Leo Bergen on ABC's Scandal with Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, Bellamy Young, Joshua Malina, Guillermo Diaz, Scott Foley, and Joe Morton. In recent years, he also appeared in Agatha All Along (alongside Patti LuPone).
In 2001, he guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Mercy" as an uncredited role of Steven Kellerman, and in 2015, he guest-starred in the episode "Decaying Morality" as Dr. Neil Alexander.
