Paul Fink was the criminal accomplice of Vaughn Davis.
History[]
While searching for Vaughn, Stabler and Whelan question a police officer about Vaughn's enrolment in the police academy. He told the detectives that Paul left the police academy straight after Vaughn. They try to find Paul but his girlfriend answers the door who tells them that Paul is probably at the pool hall losing money. Stabler and Whelan then approach Paul at the pool hall who runs away and tries to attack them. Paul gets arrested by Stabler and Whelan after Whelan throws a ball at him. Paul refuses to talk and go against Vaughn but Whelan has a shot at questioning Paul. Paul manages to give up Reynolds. Bell visits Paul in his cell and tries to convince Paul to work with her and claims that he'd better tell her where Vaughn is or he is going away for attacking Stabler. Paul tells Bell about the apartment where Vaughn meets an old man at. (OC: "Blaze Of Glory")
