Paul Sparks is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
He is married to actress Annie Parisse, who played Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Borgia in Law & Order and Jasmine Blake in the twelfth season episode "Attorney Client". They have two children: a son, Emmett (born 2009), and a daughter, Lydia (born 2014). He is the brother-in-law of Italian teacher Michael Cancelmi and actor Louis Cancelmi, who is married to Elisabeth Waterston, the daughter of Law & Order veteran Sam Waterston, who plays District Attorney Jack McCoy.
Sparks is known for his roles as gangster Mickey Doyle in the HBO period drama series Boardwalk Empire (with Bobby Cannavale, Dabney Coleman, Paz de la Huerta, Michael Shannon, and Michael K.
