Paula Garcés is an actress who played two different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She is probably best known for playing CSU Technician Millie Vizcarrondo in four Season 7 episodes from Special Victims Unit. She appeared in "Strain", "Raw", "Name", and "Alien".
Garcés began her acting career in the Law & Order Season 1 episode "The Secret Sharers" playing Lucy Rivers. She also guest-starred on the pilot episode of New York Undercover as Aria Nuriez.
Garcés later appeared in the film Clockstoppers (with Michael Biehn) and played Maria Perez in the Harold and Kumar series of films (all with Kal Penn, Neil Patrick Harris, David Krumholtz, and Eddie Kaye Thomas; the first two Christopher Meloni and the first with Anthony Anderson). She also had a starring role on the final season of The Shield (with Catherine Dent, Jay Karnes, Benito Martinez, CCH Pounder, and David Marciano) and a recurring role in the first season of Devious Maids.
Garcés also played Geny Martinez on the Netflix series On My Block (with Jason Genao and Brett Gray).
