Pedro (surname unknown) is a former cellmate of mass murderer Leon Vorgitch.
History[]
When Vorgitch escaped and went on a killing spree, he went to Pedro looking for a gun, and Pedro sent him to a dealer named Skinny. The police caught up with him and found meth on his person, which violated his parole. He pleaded with the police to not tell his parole officer if he told them what he knew. Skinny was found stabbed to death by Vorgitch, who stole one of the guns present along with ammunition.
It is unknown what Pedro's legal status ended up being. (L&O: "Deadlock")
