- This episode is the first part of a crossover with Law & Order: Organized Crime. The episode "The Christmas Episode" immediately aired after this, which starts the investigation into the whereabouts of Eli Stabler.
- Benson confronts Stabler about not asking her about what happened after he left in 2011. Stabler and Benson have this conversation in "The Christmas Episode".
- Goof: On the stand, Stabler says Diego Morales was bribed by Richard Wheatley to kill Angela Wheatley for $200,000. However, in "Forget It Jake; It's Chinatown", Morales himself says he was paid $2 million.
