Peri Gilpin (born Peri Kay Oldham on May 27, 1961 in Waco, Texas) is an actress who is best known for her roles on the TV shows Frasier as Roz Doyle and Make It or Break It as Kim Keeler. She lent her voice in Danny Phantom as Desiree (with Martin Mull, Will Arnett, and Eric Roberts).
In 2007, she guest-starred on Law & Order: Criminal Intent in the episode "Offense" as Grace Pardue.
