Phillip (surname unknown) is a former rock star, a murderer, and a proxy murderer. He scouted for young musicians to assist them in building their careers, while inflating his own lackluster career history. He also slept with an artist named Sue Smith, who was using him for rent.
Phillip killed Theodore Kenright for also sleeping with Sue, then had Hank kill Rafe Shaver for insulting Sue. After Hank was turned on Phillip with the truth, Phillip was found guilty and imprisoned. (CI: "Rock Star")
