Pilar Wheatley is the wife of businessman and criminal Richard Wheatley. She is a naive woman who doesn't seem to understand the trouble that her husband is in and is kind towards Richard's enemies.
She loves Richard dearly and often gives him plenty of affection, which aggravates Richard's ex-wife Angela, who holds a grudge towards Pilar.
