Preston Blair was a therapist who forced twins Logan and Lindsay Stanton to act out sexual actions on each other as well as showing them pornographic images, all under the pretenses of trying to assign them gender roles by learned exposure.
He was later murdered by one of the twins. However, it could not be proven who murdered him, therefore the case was left unsolved. (SVU: "Identity")
