Sergeant Ralph "Ralphie" Morris was an NYPD Sergeant in the Vice Squad. He was also the rabbi of then Officer Katriona Tamin while she was at Vice, thinking of her as the daughter he and his wife never had.
History[]
In 2004, he worked with former Captain Gary Wald and Detective Rachel Wilson. Wald later raped Wilson and she left Vice and the NYPD. Wilson later kills herself decades later after accusing NYPD of covering up the rape. Wald then calls Morris telling him not to say anything to anyone. He had called his psychiatrist, Dr. Peter Lindstrom, to try to deal with this issue, but the pressure of keeping this secret along with other pressures of his life and job led him to kill himself.
