Ramsey Vickers is a sexual predator responsible for the rape, sodomy, and murder of A.J. Dunne, arranged by Dunne's corrupt therapist Martin Gold, who also raped her and decided to pimp her out. Vickers found A.J. through a personal ad, which he turned to because of his sex addiction and when his wife left him after he masturbated to porn so much his hand started to fail.
Vickers was tracked from using her monetary belongings he stole and passed out in interrogation and had to be rushed to the ER, which is revealed to have been from A.
