Randall Ames is a nurse, a serial sexual harasser, and a suspect in the rapes and murders of Rachel Melham and Isabel Felix, who came into his ER. He also dated and later harassed Maya Sills, a colleague of his who pinned the murders on him because he harassed Rachel and Isabel.
Ames revealed Sills was last seen with the women, which was proven on security footage. He also revealed her boyfriend she couldn't stop obsessing over, Damon Kerrigan, was close enough to her he was privy of her activities, which revealed he raped and killed the women after Sills kidnapped them.
