Randall Tully is a construction foreman who hid several dead bodies in his construction sites.
History[]
Randall was approached by Cosgrove and Shaw about the murder of Luis Morales. However, a CSU technician found the dead bodies of two people buried underground in the construction site. Randall was then arrested and taken into custody for hiding the bodies. Cosgrove and Shaw questioned Randall and Randall continuously denied the accusations and denied knowing Luis Morales. Cosgrove and Shaw then outsmarted Randall and told him that they knew Luis was with them when he hid the bodies which is why he was murdered.
Randall confessed to hiding the bodies in the construction site and to knowing Luis but claimed that he didn't murder him. Randall also claimed that he didn't kill the two people but it was an accident. Randall told them that two migrants snuck onto the construction site and took an elevator which they were too heavy for and broke the elevator and died as a result. Randall also told them that there had been many accidents on the site and he called Wise who said that he would take care of Luis so the site doesn't get shut down.
Randall then agreed to wear a wire to help trap Wise. Randall entered Wise's apartment wearing a wire where he tells him that the cops have found the dead bodies. Wise then denies knowing anything about the murder and tells Randall that he doesn't know anything about the murder either. Wise then denies telling Randall that he would take care of Luis and then fires Randall for going against his orders. After Wise was arrested, it is unknown what happened to Randall and if he was imprisoned for hiding the bodies. (L&O: "Land Of Opportunity")
