Ray Campbell is a juror in the trial of prostitute Melinda Whitman for the murder of Anne-Marie Liscomb. Campbell was attracted to Rubirosa during the trial, even sending her an anonymous love letter. Connie confronted Campbell and said he was crossing lines and she was uninterested, he still wouldn't back off.
Cutter made Connie use her influence over the juror to sway his vote, which was successful in a conviction. However, Connie never forgave Cutter for sticking her under his ultimatum. (L&O: "Tango")
