Ray Gunther (alias The Parkway Rapist) is a serial rapist released on parole due to prison overcrowding.
History[]
Gunther was responsible for setting up the death of Seth Langdon at the hands of Jesse Hansen, Gunther's brother. Hansen got drunk and Gunther manipulated him to take oral sex from Langdon in a rape by deception. When Hansen came to and saw Langdon, he bashed Langdon's head in and killed him, with Gunther simply standing there and uncontrollably laughing.
Hansen confessed to the murder, leading to Gunther's arrest once again. A.D.A. Carmichael pondered out loud how Gunther was better guaranteed to serve more time than Hansen. (SVU: "Bad Blood")
