Raymond Wilkes "Ray" McKinnon (born November 15, 1957 in Adel, Georgia) is an actor and director who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "The Book of Esther" as William Labott. He also directed the SVU episode "A Story of More Woe".
He is best known for creating, showrunning, and writing episodes for the TV show Rectify (which starred J. Smith-Cameron, Clayne Crawford, Luke Kirby, and Aden Young), as well as his roles on Deadwood, Mud, and That Evening Sun.
