Ray Sprague is the cousin of Troy Hornberg, who installed cameras into motels to film pornographic videos.
History[]
After Benson finds a camera in her motel room, Benson and Rollins arrest Troy for installing those cameras. Benson then finds out that Troy is working with Ray to install those cameras which leads them to go to a bar to find Ray. Benson and Rollins end up finding Ray where they disguise as two women looking for a man to get involved in a threesome with.
Benson and Rollins then take Ray, who is intoxicated, out of the bar. Benson and Rollins try to seduce Ray into confessing. Benson manages to get Ray to confess to planting those cameras. Benson and Rollins arrest Ray for stalking and take him into custody. (SVU: "And a Trauma in a Pear Tree")
