Law and Order

Raymond “Ray-Ray” Davis is a window washer who was a witness to the violent hate crime murder of Floyd Michaels. He was met in the hospital for his statement because he tried to wash a windshield, only to be met with a gunshot in his foot.

He originally refused any definitive identification, along with any testimony to be brought to court. Instead, he was brought later for a fictitious ID to shake up one of the suspects into taking a plea for his testimony. (L&O: “DWB”)
