Rebecca De Mornay is an actress who played the role of Tessa McKellen in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Manipulated".

She is mostly known for her role in Risky Business as Lana (with Janet Carroll), as well as her role in the 1997 miniseries Stephen King's The Shining as Wendy Torrance (with Steven Weber) and as Mrs. Mott in The Hand That Rocks The Cradle, which she starred in alongside with Law & Order: Criminal Intent actress Annabella Sciorra. She also starred in the film Runaway Train (with Eric Roberts).

She also starred in Identity (with Alfred Molina, Clea DuVall, and Amanda Peet)

She appeared as Natalie "Mother" Koffin in Darren Lynn Bousman's Mother's Day with Deborah Ann Woll.

In 2012, De Mornay played the role of Finch's (Eddie Kaye Thomas) mother in the movie American Reunion, where she portrayed an attractive older woman and a love interest of Stifler. From 2015 to 2019, she appeared in Marvel's Jessica Jones (with Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter) as Trish Walker's abusive mother, Dorothy Walker.
