Rebecca Ramsey is the wife of Evan Ramsey, who was falsely accused of raping their daughters.
History[]
Rebecca's oldest daughter Megan frequently saw Dr. Wharton for therapy, which Rebecca didn't agree with. When Megan accused Evan of molesting her, Rebecca didn't believe the accusations and was annoyed by them. She soon believed Megan after her other daughter Jodie told Stabler that he had changed her youngest daughter's sheets after wetting the bed despite Lily having wet the bed in years, strongly hinting sexual abuse. Rebecca was furious with Evan and kicked him out of her home.
When Evan was murdered, Rebecca became one of the suspects but was cleared when Jodie confessed to murdering him. Upon finding out Evan was innocent all along, Rebecca was extremely distraught, saddened and traumatized by what happened, particularly about Evan thinking that the people closest to him had begun to despise him and thought he did terrible things.
