Carisi: [on the phone with his sister] Teresa, I gotta tell you, I don't know what you've been waiting for, but the last time I checked, all the billionaires who look like George Clooney? They're taken, you know?

Tutuola: The feed's down. She found the camera.
Benson: Yeah, I know.
Tutuola: She's getting desperate.
Benson: Let's just hope she doesn't look out the window and see a street full of cops.

Benson: After ten minutes in this room I know he did something horrific to you.

Benson: Doing this, will not make you whole.

Background Information and Notes[]

  • Noah asks if his grandma, Sheila Porter, is getting better after she was put away in "Gone Baby Gone".
  • The first song that plays in the club is "Revolution" by Diplo featuring Faustix & Imanos and Kai.
  • Fin says he wishes he was playing video games with his grandson than being at the country concert with Rollins. Fin has been shown to be a gamer before in the episode "Intimidation Game".
  • Actor Eddie Hargitay makes his first appearance as Officer Eddie Montero. He is the real life cousin of Mariska Hargitay.
  • When the SVU team is on the ground searching for the apartment buildings on Central Park West, it is a bright, sunny day. But when Olivia is on the terrace, it's rainy and overcast. But when the scene moves back to the street, it's sunny again. Later when the ambulances come, it's rainy and overcast on the street...but then when Fin asks Olivia how she's doing, it's sunny again.
  • While first negotiating with Ms. Vega Lieutenant Benson tells her that she hasn't done anything seriously wrong at that point; this is just a negotiation tactic of course. Ms. Vega had actually already committed some very serious felonies, including: assault in the second degree (for hitting the apartment owner over the head and rendering him unconscious), a class D felony with a prison sentence of 2-7 years. Three counts of kidnapping in the second degree (for holding the apartment owner, Lt. Benson and Officer Montero hostage) a class B felony with a prison sentence of 5-25 years for each count. The most serious offense she committed (as of that point in the episode) being kidnapping in the first degree (for taking Miguel Lopez hostage with the intent to kill him), a class A-I felony with a minimum sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years. So even at that point Ms. Vega was looking at a total sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole after 32 years, and that's with just the minimum sentences.
