Background Information and Notes[]
- This marks the final appearance of Pamela Stone.
- This episode concludes the plot of the previous episode.
- Elizabeth Olivet has now worked with both Benjamin Stone and his son Peter Stone. This is the second main character from Law & Order (after Jack McCoy) that we have have seen Peter interact with on SVU (and third Law & Order main character we have seen him interact with overall as Peter went up against Paul Robinette in the Chicago Justice episode "Uncertainty Principle"; Peter frequently brings up Ben Stone in that episode and even calls him before his death but is never seen with him on camera).
- Westchester County PD vehicles do not have yellow stripes. Also there is no star on their uniform patch.
- Although Lourdes did not specifically intend to kill Jorge Diaz, she killed him in the process of committing first-degree kidnapping, which In New York constitutes second-degree murder.
