Richard Bruce Kind is an actor who played three different characters on Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
He is known for his roles in the sitcoms Mad About You (with John Pankow, Antoinette LaVecchia, and Kecia Lewis) and Spin City (with Michael Boatman, Barry Bostwick, Alexander Chaplin, Victoria Dillard, and Jennifer Esposito), the sci-fi series Stargate Atlantis, and the Netflix animated series Big Mouth. He also voiced the character of Bing Bong in the animated film Inside Out (with Lewis Black and Kyle MacLachlan).
