Ricky Pinto was a teenager who raped a teenage girl named Nora Whitman.

Ricky was a gangster involved with the BX9 gang. He raped Nora on the subway before physically assaulting her father Robert with a machete alongside Sabo Santiago, which resulted in his death later in the hospital. Ricky was soon arrested while he was at the barber by the Special Victims Unit after Sabo was arrested and told the detectives that raping Nora had been Ricky's idea.
Nora soon identified Ricky in a lineup and Ricky was taken to trial, where he pled not guilty. Despite his not guilty plea and his defense attorney fighting the charges against him, Ricky was sentenced to fifteen years in prison for his actions thanks to the help of Lorraine Maxwell. Ricky and Sabo were both later stabbed to death in prison by members of the rival 19th Street gang. (SVU: "Jumped In")
