Law and Order

Ricky Robinson is one of two drug dealers and professional killers, along with Vincent Mulkowsky, who worked with dirty DEA Agent Kevin Almonte to rob other dealers of their profits and stashes.

History[]

Robinson and Mulkowsky used fake DEA badges modeled off Almonte's by con artist Frank Andreas, as well as went as far as suffocating three dealers with plastic bags in one heist to get their spoils. Robinson and Mulkowsky were ordered to get to Frank when he was arrested for his independent operations, starting with taking his entire family hostage and murdering them all. When Frank was placed in protective custody, Almonte ordered the killers to get to ADA Alexandra Borgia, the prosecutor assigned to Frank's case who was after the conspiracy after Almonte framed her as a corrupt mole. Robinson and Mulkowsky broke into Borgia's apartment, kidnapped her, and beat her while she was bound and gagged. She was left in the trunk of a car and died after choking on her own vomit when it built up behind her gag.

The prosecution tried to pressure Almonte to give the killers up, to no avail, so they painted him as a sellout and released him to be bait. Robinson and Mulkowsky fell for the ruse and shot Almonte in a drive-by, allowing police to move in and arrest them both. The U.S. Attorney's office took over the prosecution due to the personal involvement of the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Robinson and Mulkowsky were subsequently found guilty on all charges and executed for killing a prosecutor. (L&O: "Invaders")
