Rigo Heredio is one of the BX9 gang-rapists of Avery Capshaw, forcing her boyfriend Manny Montero to watch the rapes at gunpoint. The rapists all used the excuse of of Capshaw "wanting" it due to her multiple orgasms from the rapes, which led to Manny abandoning her after she was tortured and raped.
After Manny was killed in a hit, leader Carlos Hernandez confessed the rapes to his girlfriend Marisol Pavel, leading to the three rapists' guaranteed arrests. Heredio was found guilty of aggravated rape, aggravated assault, and robbery and was imprisoned. (SVU: "Betrayal's Climax")
