Rob Estes is an actor who played Dan Hoffman in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit season four episode "Desperate".
Estes is known for appearing in several TV series. He appeared in Silk Stalkings as Sergeant Chris Lorenzo, in Melrose Place as Kyle McBride (with Josie Bissett, Laura Leighton, and Marcia Cross), in Providence as John Hemming, in Suddenly Susan as Oliver Browne, in Women's Murder Club as Tom Hogan, and Harry Wilson in 90210 (with Tristan Wilds, Ryan Eggold, and Jessica Walter). He also starred in the TV movie Come Die with Me: A Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer Mystery as Mike Hammer (a character also played by Armand Assante and Stacy Keach).
Estes was married to Melrose Place actress Josie Bissett, who guest starred on the SVU episode "Choice" as Jennifer Fulton, from 1992 to 2006. They had two children together: Mason Tru (born July 21, 1999) and Maya Rose (born April 14, 2002).
