Rob Miller was a lawyer who raped defense attorney Nikki Staines at a police charity ball in March 2019.

History

He was released on bail in May 2019 and the charges against him were later dropped. He later started stalking Benson and Noah, watching them at a cafe and walking over to introduce himself to Noah and intimidate Benson. Miller eventually murdered a teenage girl and dumped her body in the Hudson River, then became the lawyer for her parents. When Benson refused to stop investigating the case, Miller started threatening her and the detectives of the Special Victims Unit. Miller rang two officers to pick up Noah from school and take him to the SVU precinct, sending a message to Benson that he could have access to Noah anytime he wanted. Despite having circumstantial evidence, Miller is found guilty of murder and is imprisoned.
