Robert John Burke is an actor who played four different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. His most prominent role in the franchise was as IAB Ed Tucker in Special Victims Unit.
Burke also appeared in the Homicide: Life on the Street episode "Abduction" as Jeffrey Andrews.
