When he was transplanting a kidney to Kyle McGovern, a boy with polycystic kidney disease without much time left to live, he was arrested for his part in the smuggling ring. Swann accepted his punishment but asserted that he did the right thing. Detective Stabler later revealed to Amy Solwey that Swann was turned over to the FBI. (SVU: "Parts")
