Roger Silver is a man who physically abused his wife Gina.
History[]
Roger was an abusive husband to his wife and daughter. Roger was subsequently imprisoned for this by a judge named Warren Varella, but in order to keep Roger in prison, Gina was forced by Varella to do sexual favors for him.
After Gina called off this arrangement, Varella got revenge by making a call to the parole board and Roger is eventually released from prison. Finding out Gina kept him locked up, Roger resolved to get even and took Gina hostage.
He attempts to shoot Detective Stabler but is instead shot and killed by Detective Benson. (SVU: "Disrobed")
