Ron Eldard (born Ronald Jason Eldard on February 20, 1965 in Long Island, New York) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Snatched" as Geno Parnell.
He is known for his role on E.R. as Paramedic Ray Shepard. He also starred on the TV shows Bakersfield P.D. (with Giancarlo Esposito and Tony Plana), Men Behaving Badly, and Blind Justice (with Marisol Nichols, Frank Grillo, and Michael Gaston) and such movies as Drop Dead Fred, Ghost Ship, and Deep Impact.
