Ron Johnson is a petty criminal and repeat offender suspected in the rape of Harper Anderson. It was revealed Ron didn't rape Harper, despite fitting the rapist's description, but instead found her wallet in a dumpster and used her credit card and change.
Harper was called to personally identify Johnson, but when the theory was proven wrong, she was let down and went to retrieve her belongings.
Johnson was found guilty of robbery and obstruction of justice and was imprisoned. (SVU: "Closure (Part I)")
