Ron Rifkin is an actor who played two different characters in Law & Order and one character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He played Phillip Nevins in the pilot episode "Prescription for Death", Alex Drakos in the Season 3 episode "Self Defense", and Marvin Exley in several episodes of SVU.
Rifkin is sometimes confused with actor Joel Grey.
