Ronnie is a private investigator who was hired by Pearl Serrano to follow Teddy Silas around.

After Ronnie was caught by Teddy, Ronnie betrayed Pearl and told Teddy what she had been hired to do. After telling Teddy what Pearl had done, Ronnie lied to Pearl by saying that Teddy was having an affair with several women, which infuriated Pearl.
Ronnie's lies about Teddy and Pearl put a strain in their relationship and marriage, with both of them finding themselves struggling to trust each other. (OC: "Catch Me If You Can")
