Ronnie Gibbons is the friend of Gulf War veteran Kenny Silva ad the accomplice in Kenny's murder of Brian Teague. Kenny blamed Brian for ruining the chances of naming a street after Kenny's son Matt, who was killed in the War in Afghanistan, so Gibbons was hired to vandalize Brian's car to lure him outside. Kenny strangled Brian with a chokehold after that.
