Detective Rollins and Sergeant Khaldun went to Pho Best III, where Rosamie worked and asked Rosamie if she knew where Rosamie was, unknowing that the woman they were talking to was her. Rosamie lies and says that she would get Rosamie and attempts to escape the restaurant and to by pursued by the two aforementioned cops. The cops eventually catch up to Rosamie and attempt to convince her to testify against O'Toole but, despite them offering her protecting Rosamie refuse to testify against O'Toole due to her not wanting to hurt Eddie and leaves.

Rosamie is at the sidewalk by her job, waiting for Eddie when she is approached again by Detective Rollins and Sergeant Khaldun, who were hoping that Rosamie had changed her mind and would testify against O'Toole. The cops inform Rosamie that O'Toole is in police custody and could not deport her, but O'Toole could get away with his crimes if she didn't testify. However, Rosamie, like before refuses to testify against O'Toole out of fear that Eddie would believe that that she is unfaithful. Before the cops could convince Rosamie, further Eddie comes to Rosamie to pick her up, when Eddie asks why the cops were talking to Rosamie they lie and say that they were investigating a string of bank heists. Eddie leaves with Rosamie to go back home.
