Roscoe Lee Browne was an actor who had guest-starred on two episodes of Law & Order.
Browne starred on the TV sitcom Soap and leant his voice to Wilson "The Kingpin" Fisk (a character played on the Daredevil TV show by Vincent D'Onofrio) on the 1994 animated series Spider-Man (with Ed Asner) and to Mr. Arrow in the film Treasure Planet (with Brian Murray and Martin Short).
On April 11, 2007, he passed away from cancer at the age of 84.
