Rósa Arianna "Rose" McGowan (born September 5, 1973 in Florence, Tuscany, Italy) is an actress who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Bombshell" as Cassandra Davina.
She is best known for her roles on the Wes Craven directed the slasher film Scream (with Skeet Ulrich, Matthew Lillard, and Henry Winkler), where McGowan starred as Tatum Riley, which is her breakthrough role. She played opposite Joanna Going as Lisa Pailey in the 1998 film adaptation of the Dean Koontz novel Phantoms, the dark comedy film Jawbreaker (with Julie Benz), she portrayed Courtney Shayne, a popular yet malevolent high school student who tries to cover up her involvement in a classmate's murder and on the TV series Charmed as Paige Matthews, as well as being one of the leading voices of the Me Too movement. McGowan also had a recurring role on Nip/Tuck as Dr. Theodora "Teddy" Rowe (taking over for Katee Sackhoff).
