Rose Schwimmer is a radical anti-abortion extremist and the murderer of Mary Donovan, whose backpack had a bomb slipped in by Schwimmer when Mary was getting her own abortion.
The manufacturer of the bomb, Celeste McClure, gave up Schwimmer in testimony, and when Schwimmer tried to defend her actions with religious beliefs. However, EADA Stone was quick to pick apart her logic and upset Rose into exposing her insanity. Even though she tried to invoke Stone's religious background in an attempt to sway him, Stone was able to break her will by pointing out that she had committed an abortion per se by killing a pregnant mother.
Rose was found guilty of premeditated murder and imprisoned. (L&O: "Life Choice")
