Rosemary (surname unknown) is the assistant of Babs Duffy for her lesbian activist organization LesBeStrong. She managed the organized events and kept names of all the members on her phone.
The organization arranged protests when one woman, Alisa Davies, is raped and murdered, Rosemary herself is later raped by the same perp, revealing he took her phone with all the names of the members. The spider tattoo the rapist had identified him as Ronnie Watley, a print shop owner gathering flyers for LesBeStrong. (SVU: "P.C.")
