Ryan is the leader of a terrorist gang, Kill Or Be Slaughtered, and the kidnapper of Raina Punjabi.
History[]
Ever since the rape of one of Raina's colleagues, Ryan started terrorising Raina sending her threatening messages on her home phone. During a video game conference, Ryan ordered his men to kidnap Raina due to others being around making it difficult for Raina to be found. After Raina's kidnapping, the Special Victims Unit searched for Raina while witnessing her being tortured and sexually assaulted on video by Ryan and his men. Eventually, the detectives found Raina locked up with a gun tied to her hand. The Special Victims Unit eventually found Ryan and his gang and Ryan held Carisi and Rollins hostage. However, before Ryan could shoot them, Ryan was shot and killed by Tutuola. (SVU: "Intimidation Game")
