Sabrina Farmer is a kidnapped girl who was beaten with a rock and raped by schizophrenic children's author Saul Picard, who was flashing back to the gang-rape of his little sister in hallucinations. When Picard left the car and it was towed, she was still in the trunk in the sweltering heat. When she was heard by a bystander to be shouting her name, SVU was called in to rescue her.
Numerous cars at the impound lot were smashed since it didn't specify which one was towed. Eventually, she was found with a thermal imagery camera and rescued barely alive. She went into a coma, and Picard had already escaped by the time she woke up. She told about Picard's ramblings based off his books and positively identified him, crucial in his arrest after he kidnapped and nearly raped another girl. Despite his requests out of horror and guilt, he was absolved of the death penalty due to his diminished capacity and instutionalized. (SVU: "Blinded")
