Sally Landricks is the youngest daughter of Tom and Angie Landricks. When her older sister Jackie was raped, Sally displayed unusual behaviors, like wanting to give Stabler a bracelet that didn't belong to her and then wanting it back later.
It was revealed she witnessed Angie trying to have babies with other men and Jackie was raped with a syringe filled with the men's semen by Tom to have more kids after Angie had a hysterectomy. Sally gave Stabler the bracelet belonging to Karen Stencil, the family's nanny who Tom had raped and murdered. After Tom was imprisoned and executed, Sally and Jackie were placed into foster care.
