Sammie (surname unknown) is a disciple and accomplice of serial killer and con artist Bernard Fremont. She was recruited by unspecified scouting, and her image was changed to Fremont's desired beauty of young, white, and blonde. She'd partake in drugging wealthy clients of Fremont during his party planning, robbing their homes, and sometimes killing them or cleaning up after Fremont's murders. When he killed Wesley Banyon, a biographer, for a demeaning manuscript in Fremont's name, she and the other accomplices cut off Banyon's head and threw his corpse into the river.

The gang was tracked when Hilary Marsden poorly sedated Russ and Monica Corbett during the robbery of their penthouse, and Marcel Costas left Banyon's head in his fridge where his apartment was stripped, leading Fremont to order Hilary's sister Mala to strangle Costas to death. When turning Hilary didn't work, Fremont was tricked into confessing by demeaning his ego with the manuscript.

Fremont, Hilary, and Sammie were all arrested, pleading not guilty and Mala posting their bail while reports flocked around the remaining group. The ladies were horrified when Fremont's first accomplice, Nicole Wallace, fatally overdosed Fremont on the court steps before running off. Sammie's status is left unknown. (CI: "Slither")
