Sarah Sanguin Carter (born October 30, 1980 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is an actress who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Accredo" as Lilah Finch.
She is known for her recurring role as Alicia Baker in the superhero series Smallville (with Annette O'Toole, John Glover and a recurring Jane Seymour) and Madeleine Poe in Shark (with Danielle Panabaker, Kevin Alejandro, Sophina Brown, Jeri Ryan, and Henry Simmons), and main role as Margaret "Maggie" May in the TNT science fiction series Falling Skies (2011–2015). In 2015, Carter booked a recurring arc as Lynn Downey on CBS’ Hawaii Five-0 as a potential love interest to Steve McGarrett. In 2019, Carter had a recurring arc as Grace Gibbons / Cicada II in The CW's superhero series The Flash (with Danielle Panabaker and Jesse L. Martin).
Since 2014, Carter has been married to Kevin Barth. Their daughter, Alice Carter, was born in September 2017.
