- Goof: Ron Frazier's judge character is listed in the scene card as "Michael Ianello" but his appearance in other episodes lists his name as "Aldo Ianello" both in the credits and his character's nameplate.
- Although he doesn't appear, Judge Douglas Spivak is mentioned handling the Dworkins case in part 93 that McCoy was prosecuting before he handed it over to Kincaid and she convinces him not to sever the case.
- Chris Noth (as Mike Logan) would appear in another fertility related episode, this time on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, entitled "Seeds", which also dealt with a doctor who impregnanted numerous women via artificial insemination.
